  • How do I know the game truck can come to my house?

    Our drivers are expertly trained to navigate most flat residential and commercial areas safely. If your location has hills or rough terrain, we can arrange to set up at a nearby park, church, or business parking lot instead.
  • Can I decorate the bus?

    Decorations on the bus are limited to balloons only. We don't allow any items to be attached to the walls, and there isn't space for tables inside the vehicle.
  • Do you drive the kids around?

    The gaming truck remains stationary throughout the event. We don't offer any transportation services, including pick-up or drop-off.
  • Can I bring food, drinks, cake or cupcakes on the game truck?

    We don't permit food or drinks on the game truck. Most clients serve refreshments at their homes, which we park outside of, or at a nearby restaurant or venue.
  • Will the kids know what to do?

    Our game coach, who attends every event, guides the children, providing instructions and encouragement throughout the party.
  • Can parents stay on the Party Bus/Game Truck during the party?

    This depends on the number of children and available space. We typically allow at least one parent, usually the party host, to remain on the bus as a chaperone if desired.
  • Do you have a sound system on the bus?

    We've equipped the bus with a high-quality bluetooth sound system for your entertainment needs.
  • Can we bring food and drinks on the bus?

    Yes, refreshments are allowed on the bus
  • Do we charge by the number of stops?

    Our pricing is based on an hourly rate rather than the number of stops made.
  • Can we extend our time the day of the event if needed?

    Time extensions are possible on the day of the event, provided it doesn't conflict with other scheduled bookings. We recommend booking extra hours in advance if you anticipate needing more time.
  • What areas do you service?

    St Charles-St Louis county/city and nearby Illinois counties.
  • Is there a fuel surcharge?

    There is only a fuel surcharge for pickup locations further than 25 miles from the 63301 zip code.
  • Do you match any competitor's prices?

    We feel that we are competitive and if you give us a quote from a competitor in our ranking we will try to meet or beat it!
  • Do you offer any referrals or incentives?
